This large-scale solar energy project generates electricity from renewable solar energy and replaces around 693,327 tCO₂e of greenhouse gas emissions every year. As a result, it displaces around 741,845 MWh/year of electricity from the Indian power grid, which is predominantly dependent on fossil fuels. The project also promotes sustainable economic growth and decent work by providing 6 training courses during the current monitoring period and providing employment for 42 people. It also supports access to affordable and clean energy through the generation of 900,443.59 MWh of renewable energy, making a significant contribution to a more sustainable energy future. In addition, the project actively contributes to climate protection by specifically reducing greenhouse gas emissions and thus making a decisive contribution to preserving our planet for future generations.
